The details that make a good start
For Bologna, identify the actual property entrance as well as the street. If the route includes porticoes, courtyards or shared entrances, describe widths and available passages. For an office, also agree when desks need to be usable and which furniture takes priority.
For moves between the Marche region and Emilia-Romagna, state whether the destination is a home, office or commercial property. Setup priorities and permitted access hours can differ.
